Universal Penal Code
PART 1 – SOURCES
Article 1 – The International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace formulates the Universal Penal Code for the Defence of Humanity and Mankind. It has been approved and proclaimed by the Parliament as a Legislative, Tutorial and Preventive International Organ for the Defence of Humanity and Mankind. This code is asserted toward all the States, members and not members of the International Parliament.
According to the 31st article of Constitutional Chart of International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace, the High Court of Justice for Life Protection has been constituted. According to the International Laws, the High Court judges war crimes, slaughters, political, racial and religious persecutions. This Judicial Body is completely independent from Political and Diplomatic Authorities and it involves honourable Career Magistrates as well as jurists and Law Professors.

Da oltre due anni si combatte una guerra assurda e fuori dal tempo, che ha visto nella Bosnia Erzegovina migliaia e migliaia di vittime innocenti, soprattutto bambini. Purtroppo questo conflitto etnico-religioso tra Serbo-bosniaci e Musulmani di Bosnia, continua ancora oggi, benché i responsabili politici di queste due fazioni in lotta, abbiano sottoscritto un accordo per il " cessate fuoco" prima, e per una "tregua a tempo indeterminato"dopo, con la garanzia di un Rappresentante delle Nazioni Unite.
They stand for elections and political and diplomatic appointments of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace ONLY:
- Members of National Parliaments;
- Members of the Diplomatic National Corps;
they are in charge or not.
Nominations of governments’ members, national MPs or the Diplomatic Official Corps may be sent only by the Heads of State and Government at the International Presidency of the International Parliament for Safety and Peace.
