According to the 31st article of Constitutional Chart of International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace, the High Court of Justice for Life Protection has been constituted. According to the International Laws, the High Court judges war crimes, slaughters, political, racial and religious persecutions. This Judicial Body is completely independent from Political and Diplomatic Authorities and it involves honourable Career Magistrates as well as jurists and Law Professors.
INTERNATIONAL CHARTER FOR THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN LIFE
The International Parliament for Safety and Peace promulgates the Charter on the Protection of Human Life, as follows:
Article 1 - Note that in today's times, always with more and greater ferocity not using any respect for public health and the life of men; the International Parliament for Safety and Peace, grasping the' Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted among others by the United Nations December 10, 1948,guarantees, for all states in the world, stands up to defend by every means available the human life, much of which is depreciated and destroyed in recent times.
Article 1 – The International Parliament of States for Safety and Peace formulates the Universal Penal Code for the Defence of Humanity and Mankind. It has been approved and proclaimed by the Parliament as a Legislative, Tutorial and Preventive International Organ for the Defence of Humanity and Mankind. This code is asserted toward all the States, members and not members of the International Parliament.
